Discovery: Medical IOT Data with Kafka and Iceberg

In this video we aggregate data from 100 patients with wearable sensors to get to the top 3 patients who have the highest heart rate in a month across 6 months. Aggregation is done in-flight from Kafka to Iceberg, and then queried back out of iceberg to get the top 3 patients.
